On 20 November 2022, the film was announced to feature the trio of Malhar Thacker, Yash Soni and Mitra Gadhvi. They previously worked together in the blockbuster Gujarati film Chhelo Daazi. The film is produced under the banner of Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Jannok Films. The music of the film is composed by Kedar and Bhargava.
Akanksha Vasavada of The Times of India rated it 4 out of 5. He praised the story, direction and acting, and noted that the second part needed "tighter" editing.[15] Rachna Joshi rated it 3 out of 5 for Mid-Day Gujarati. She praised the acting, direction and story but criticized the screenplay and editing.

It stars Malhar Thakar, Yash Soni, Mitra Garhvi, Kinjal Rajpriya, Esha Kansara and Tarjani Bhadla in lead roles. The film was released on 25 August 2023 and became the second highest grossing Gujarati film of all time after Chal GV Singh.
