In 1987, East German Stasi assassin Cleo Straub is wrongfully imprisoned by her agency after successfully killing a double agent in a West Berlin club. When she is freed after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, she plans to take revenge on the conspirators who framed her. Meanwhile, witness to the 1987 murder, Sven Petzold, an underappreciated fraud cop, discovers a connection between him and Straub, which hinders his quest for revenge. Movira
In 1987, East German Stasi agent Cleo Jennifer Straub killed an unidentified man during a mission at the Big Eden nightclub in West Berlin. Sven Petzold, a police officer, witnesses and reports the murder, only to be ignored when the case is left quietly. After her mission, Cleo celebrates with her supervisor and boyfriend Andy Wolf and reveals that she is pregnant with his child and intends to retire. However, she is framed and imprisoned for spying for a foreign agent along with most of her colleagues, including her grandfather Stasi General Otto Straub. While imprisoned, Cleo is severely injured by the inmates, resulting in a miscarriage and subsequent permanent infertility. In May 1990, Cleo was released as part of the general amnesty granted by the GDR after the fall of the Berlin Wall. She soon visits her old apartment, now occupied by West German techno music enthusiast Thilo, to retrieve her belongings and weapons. He then proceeds to kill the judge who ordered her prison sentence and looks for clues as to why she was set up. He later goes to Otto's house and plays his testimony on a tape player. Cleo confronts him upon his arrival, the latter explaining that he has no other choice. Cleo then tries to kill Otto and buries him in her garden. Sven rediscovers a cold case file involving Cleo, while in Chile, two unknown men exchange red briefcases, one of which he insists on hiding from Cleo. Download Movie
Using a false identity, Kleo tracks down Andy and finds his pregnant wife Anja at his apartment. Andy notices Cleo and tries to chase after her, only to be pinned and interrogated by her. Andy claims that his commanding officer, Ludger Wizorek, is responsible for Cleo's betrayal and tells her that he died in a car accident. Meanwhile, Sven, after reading Cleo's file, begins his own investigation, visiting her old apartment and talking to Thilo. Looking for more answers, Cleo infiltrates Stasi's headquarters and finds evidence that Wieczorek is still alive. Sven also goes to Stacey's headquarters to investigate, only to find Cleo as she leaves the premises. He then takes her to Otto's house, which she breaks into to find more clues. Cleo then breaks into the apartment of Walter Blum, a close associate of Wyzorek, murders him, and tracks down Wyzorek in Mallorca to kill him. Cleon later finds Sven's business card in Thilo's pants and goes to Petzold's house to warn Sven not to interfere. Meanwhile, Uwe Mittig, one of Cleo's accomplices during the Big Eden murders, is ordered to kill Cleo, which he complies with.
Kleo travels to Mallorca and begins to inquire about Wieczorek's activities, later discovering that he has assumed a new identity. Cleo then calls Thilo, who has already been blackmailed by Sven into revealing her whereabouts, while Thilo wisely tells her that they are being ripped off. Later, Kleo is attacked by Alexander Belov, a KGB agent who made illegal deals with Wieczorek. Cleo, however, manages to defeat Bello before forcing him to leak information about Visorak's dealings with her and make a deal with her. Meanwhile, Sven discovers Cleo's whereabouts and flies to Mallorca under the guise of police work monitoring Cleo's activities. Cleo infiltrates Visorek's residence under a false identity and gathers information on him while rigging his tuxedo with explosives. Wieczorek then invites Cleo to the party. Sven catches Cleo, warning him that he will stop him, but Cleo frames him for drug dealing instead. At the party, Cleo poisons Ludger's wife Gabriela and reveals the truth of his arrest in exchange for the antidote, revealing the involvement of Stasi Minister Eric Mielke. Cleo later kills Ludger with a rugged tuxedo in front of his wife before withdrawing money from Gabriella's bank account. Yu later arrives at Ludger's residence and kills Gabriela. Belov gives an anonymous report to the BND, implicating Cleo.
Cleo breaks into Andy's apartment, informing him of Wiesorek's murder and that his next target, Eric Mielke, is in custody at Hohensenhausen Prison. Sven, who is bailed out by his superior, regrets his failure to arrest Cleo to his friend, Freddie Lembach, who accidentally gives Sven a clue indicating Cleo's next target. After being reprimanded by his superior, Sven quits his job to pursue Cleo. Min Sun, who receives Bello's report at the BND, reports to his superior, Annie Geek. The singer then hands Min the Big Eden case. Cleo goes to Hohensenhausen in an attempt to kill Mielke, only to be foiled by Sven with the wanted poster he had put up earlier. Cleo soon tries to kill Sven by setting a booby-trap in her garage. She later poisons Mielke before visiting him at the hospital, masquerading as a nurse and giving doctors a medical report to save him from death. Movie Review
Unaware that his life is in danger, Sven, who chooses to share the ride with Freddy instead, tracks down Yuve before choosing to take Cleo to his warehouse, which he also watches over. Sven and Freddie observe Uwe briefly before leaving, with Sven later entering the warehouse. Sven is then approached by Min, who is also tracking him, offering him a position in the BND, should he manage to capture Cleo. Cleo enters Eric's hospital room and forces him to reveal who was responsible for his arrest. Milk reveals that Otto Straub pulled the strings but Cleo tries to subdue him before he can shoot him. Cleo digs up Otto's grave and finds a message indicating that she killed a West German agent who had information that threatened the existence of the GDR. Desperate, Cleo meets with Andy, before telling him she killed her grandfather. Andy, who is enraged by Milk's murder, calms her down and tries to convince her to go into hiding, which she refuses. Andy then visits Uwe and authorizes him to remove Cleo.
