A few weeks ago: Vijay is a traditional lecturer who sees a woman named Geeta in a temple and falls for her. He boards a bus to go to his hometown Kakinada, when he hears that his sister Sirisha's marriage has been arranged. He learns that Geeta is his co-passenger. Movira
With his friend's suggestions, Vijay befriends and then subdues Geetha. He tries to take a selfie with her while she is sleeping, but the driver brakes at a precise second and Vijay kisses Geeta by mistake. Geeta wakes up, and feeling violated, calls her brother Phanendra for help. When Geetha refuses to listen to Vijay, she manages to escape by jumping from the bus before Phanendra can deal with her. Vijay attends Sirisha's engagement and is shocked to learn that the groom is Phanendra. Geetha, not wanting to punish Sirisha for her brother's mistake, pretends that she has never met Vijay, and warns him to change his ways. Download Movie
Both families assign Vijay and Geeta many of the wedding duties, forcing them to work together, much to the latter's dismay. As they travel, Vijay repeatedly apologizes but Geetha continues to blame, misunderstand and taunt him.
Vijay's student Neelu crushes on him. When she rejects his advances, he sends her a video to seduce her. Geeta sees this and is disgusted; When she questions Vijay's upbringing, Vijay reacts violently and tells her to get out of his car in the middle of the road, though he checks on her later. After being humiliated by one of his relatives, Phanendra hates to find the culprit who molested Geetha, and reaches Hyderabad, much to Vijay's dismay. Movie Review
While distributing the cards, Geeta sees Neelu's mother and tells her about the video, but the latter reveals that the same night, Vijay went to their house, counseled Neelu and told her that he really loves Geeta. Impressed, Geetha starts falling for Vijay. Although she continues to taunt him, she convinces her brother to go back to Kakinada.
When Geetha's grandfather suffers a stroke, her grandmother insists that Geetha should get married soon before he dies. Phanendra suggests Vijay as a groom and the family happily accepts. Vijay meets Geetha privately and tells her that he cannot marry her, as he fears that they will fight for the rest of their lives, and he does not want to be a mere 'choice' for Geetha. Geeta was heartbroken. Geetha's grandmother is furious, and arranges Geetha's marriage to a conventional teenager.
When Vijay learns that Phanendra has suggested him as Geeta's groom, he realizes that he cannot continue deceiving his son-in-law and confesses. Phanendra reveals that Geeta already told him the truth. He tells Vijay that after knowing his true personality, Geetha fell in love with him, and Vijay was never the only choice for him. Vijay realizes that he has made a mistake and tries to convince Geetha to stop the marriage, but fails.
Vijay explains and tells Nitya that Geetha's wedding is in a few hours, and he doesn't know what to do. Nitya gives him the idea to go and fall at Phanendra's feet, begs him to marry Geetha to him and refuses to budge until he agrees. The plan works. Geeta ends the film by kissing Vijay on their bus ride home.c
