A diamond heist, involving diamonds worth ₹50-60 crore, takes place at a jewellery exhibition in Mumbai, with Mangesh Desai, Kamini Singh and Sikander Sharma as the main suspects. Investigating officer Jaswinder Singh leads the investigation, firmly convinced that Sharma is the culprit, but unable to find solid evidence to prove it. Despite being acquitted due to lack of evidence, Sikander's life is ruined. He loses his job, faces social ostracism and struggles to rebuild his future. Amidst these challenges, he marries single mother Kamini. Fifteen years later, both Sikander and Jaswinder are haunted by the unsolved case. Jaswinder's obsession with proving Sikander's guilt leads him down a downward spiral of alcoholism and personal loss. Meanwhile, Sikandar tries to move on but remains burdened by his past. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that Sikandar was actually involved in the theft, with the help of Priya, who had hidden the stolen diamond in a bonsai pot for years. The climax reveals that Sikandar was playing the long game to get the diamond back by hiding his true identity from everyone, including Kamini. In a tense encounter, Jaswinder finally captures Sikandar, leading to a dramatic showdown where long-held secrets are exposed. When Sikandar reclaims the diamond and leaves Jaswinder behind, he is finally caught red-handed. Lachchami Deb Roy of Firstpost awarded the film three and a half stars out of five and commented, "Starring Jimmy Shergill, Tamannaah Bhatia, Avinash Tiwari, it is a heist thriller unlike any other. The film shines because of its plot and brilliant performances by each and every actor." She described it as a captivating thriller with intelligent twists, which maintains a gripping pace throughout its runtime and offers a clever, suspenseful experience that ends on a cliffhanger. Shubhra Gupta of The Indian Express rated the film three out of five stars and said, "Neeraj Pandey's Netflix film is a rare beast in Bollywood, a pulpy character study in which you don't see the twist coming." She highlighted that the film is driven by a strong ensemble cast and a plot that continues to surprise despite its contradictions and occasional plot holes, and praised its focus on storytelling over star power, making it a refreshing OTT offering.
Hindustan Times' Rishabh Suri reviewed the film, calling it "Neeraj Pandey's Tom and Jerry-esque thriller is decent if not perfect." He pointed out that it starts off strong with an intriguing heist and compelling performances. However, the film is hampered by a midway change in tone, slow pacing, melodrama and predictable twists, which prevent it from fully delivering on its thrilling potential.[16] Sonil Dedhia of Rediff.com rated the film two and a half stars out of five, calling it an "underwhelming thriller". He argued that it offers an interesting premise and strong performances but struggles with uneven pacing and underdeveloped character arcs. Optimus and Noah agree to work together to save their home world from Unicron. While the Autobots and Maximals battle the Terrorcon army, Noah and Elena sneak onto the key, planning to disable it with an access code Elena discovers. During the battle, Scourge injures Mirage, who was protecting Noah, but transforms her damaged body into a powered exo-suit for Noah so they can fight together. Bumblebee is reactivated when Key activates an energon-infused canyon. He helps the Autobots and Maximals turn the tide of war. Optimus kills Scourge, but not before damaging the control console to prevent the portal from closing. Optimus destroys the key and breaks through the portal, ready to sacrifice himself, but Noah and Primal save him from being trapped in the emerging vortex, which destroys the rest of Terrorcon's army and traps Unicron.
India Today's Zinnia Bandyopadhyay awarded the film three out of five stars, commenting, "The runtime hampers the future of Avinash Tiwari's drama." She noted that it provides a solid foundation, with strong performances, particularly from Avinash Tiwari and Jimmy Sheirgill, but fails due to its drawn-out runtime, uneven pacing, and underdeveloped screenplay. While it starts off strong, the film ultimately becomes more of a melodrama than a compelling heist thriller, leaving little hope for a more refined sequel.
